Meet John
Hi, I'm John, founder of NorthBound.
I've spent most of my working life doing two things I genuinely enjoy: helping people develop and figuring out how businesses can work better.
I've been a teacher, trainer and facilitator, but I've also spent years on the other side of the training room as a Marketing & NPD Director, leading teams, developing strategy and dealing with the everyday challenges of running a business.
So I know there's often a big difference between what looks good on a PowerPoint slide and what actually works when everyone gets back to their day jobs!
That's a big part of why I started NorthBound.
I've always believed that the best ideas and learning come from getting people involved. Asking questions, sharing experiences, challenging thinking and sometimes simply looking at things from a different perspective.
Whether it's stepping outside into a different environment, delivering engaging workshops or working alongside a business to find practical solutions, there's one thing that runs through everything I do: helping people and businesses succeed.
